Excelso adalah sebuah waralaba kedai kopi yang berasal dari Indonesia dan didirikan pada tahun 1991 oleh PT. 1. SOCIAL MEDIA OFFICER
Job Description:
- Responsible for handling and growing the brand's social media presence across multiple platforms via organic activity and paid social
- Lead the creation of engaging creative and informative content across all central brand social media outposts which informs entertains and delights audiences with brand focused messaging
- Monitor social media channels to respond appropriately to posts/comments, and identify issues that require escalation Lead the content calendar process (inc approvals), raise brand awareness, conduct data capture and increase engagement levels across all activities
Job Qualification:
- Have a Bachelor's Degree in Communications/Marketing/ any relevant majors
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools
- Minimum year of working experience in social media marketing

2. MARKETING & PROFFICER
Job Description:
- Fully in charge at the designated outlet, carrying day-to-day responsibilities and handling marketing program and events execution
- Have high initiative on generating creative ideas to increase brand awareness and outlet sales • Monitor customer and media's opinion of the brand and its products
- Develop good working relationships with local media, liaise with the press on potential news stories, and build connections with local KOLS
Job Qualification:
- Possess a Bachelors degree (any major)
- Have a strong interest in marketing
- Experienced in handling marketing program and events execution

3. BRAND MANAGER
Job Description:
- Oversee the new lifestyle brand concept from Excelso identify market positioning, and manage the efforts to build brand value and improve market share
- Develop and implement marketing strategy and initiatives, F&B promotions, sponsorships, digital, events & PR plan to generate brand awareness and customer loyalty
- Conduct research and analyze consumer behavior, market trends and competitor activities
Job Qualification:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree (any major)
- Have an experience in creating promotion strategy •Experienced in marketing campaign
- Experienced in F&B Industry

4. GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Job Description:
- Communicate ideas that inspire and captivate consumers through visually appealing design, including text and imagery concepts
- Develop design and overall layout for advertisements, marketing collateral, in-store display, packaging, and more
- Review and check final graphic designs for typos and errors before sharing to the marketing team.
Job Qualification:
- Have a Bachelor's Degree in Design/ Creative Multimedia/ any relevant majors Expert in using design application software (Al, Photoshop. Corel etc)
- Have experience at least 1 year as a Graphic Designer
- Work Location in Jakarta
5. MIXOLOGIST
Job Description:
- Responsible for overseeing the Bar operations and availability of rawy materials used for the production of beverages Develop and propose new beverage recipes, including improvement of existing recipes
- Develop a top-notch team, including training new team members
Job Qualification:
- Vocational degree
- Experience of 1 years in creating new drinks recipe and handling bar operations
