JOB LOCATION: SCBD, South Jakarta

1. Part Analyst
2. Part Sales
3. Part Admin

PART ANALYST

Responsibilites

1. Analyze part forecast from historical, deterministic, technical and non technical issues
2. Maintain high old aging inventory
3. Monitor and analyze incoming shipment
4. Improve stock composition
5. Report creation

Qualification / Experiences

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field
2. Minimum has 5 years’ experience in heavy equipment business
3. Able to work as a team
4. Good personality and discipline
5. Excellent analytical thinking
6. Excellent communication in English both written and spoken, Korean is advantage.

PART SALES

Responsibilites

1. Follow up and feedback money tracking provided by admin
2. Create and provide part forecast to Part Analyst
3. Proactively do promotion to dealer and customers
4. Offer and increase blanket order from dealer and customers
5. Sending AR report to dealer and customers
6. Prepare visit plan to dealer and customers and create call report for every visit

Qualification / Experiences

PART ADMIN

Responsibilites

1. Respond to part inquiry brought by dealers or customers
2. Prepare quotation for any part inquiries
3. Create delivery order for the outbound part
4. Prepare the invoices for any part transaction
5. Monitor back order shipment part from Headquarter
6. Monitor and update inbound database in the system

Qualification / Experiences

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field
2. Minimum has 3 years’ experience with inventory and warehouse system in heavy equipment business
3. Able to work as a team
4. Good personality and discipline
5. Excellent analytical thinking
6. Excellent communication in English both written and spoken, Korean is advantage.
