PT Agincourt Resources (PTAR) merupakan Perusahaan tambang yang berbasis di Indonesia. Didirikan pada tahun 2006, dengan site operasinya yaitu Tambang Emas Martabe, dengan fungsi korporasi yang dikelola di Jakarta. Kegiatan bisnis utama PT Agincourt Resources mencakup eksplorasi, penambangan, dan pengolahan mineral emas dan perak menjadi bentuk bullion (batangan). Produksi emas dan perak di Tambang Emas Martabe di mulai sejak tanggal 24 Juli 2012. Tambang Emas Martabe meliputi area seluas 30 km2 dan termasuk dalam Kontrak Karya (KK) generasi keenam yang dikeluarkan pada tahun 1997 dengan area konsesi seluas 1.639 km2.

Pada tahun 2016, 95% pengendalian terhadap PT Agincourt Resources berpindah dari Perusahaan terbuka di Hong Kong, G-Resources, kepada konsorsium investasi yang dipimpin oleh EMR capital, sebuah perusahaan yang khusus bergerak di bidang investasi saham pada perusahaan pertambangan. Sementara, 5% kepemilikan lainnya tetap dimiliki oleh PT Artha Nugraha Agung.

JUNIOR ENGINEER – CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT (MIN 2302016)

This position will be based at Martabe Site in Mining Department, and reports directly to Engineer – Continuous Improvement.

The Role of Junior Engineer – Continuous Improvement :

  • Responsible to coordinate the mine site’s continuous improvement and accelerate the target activities.
  • Improve efficiency and reduce cost mining that will impact metrics in actuals, forecasts, and budgets, such as BCM/OpHr, $/meter drilled, operating efficiency, or $/bcm blasted.
  • Supporting key improvement initiatives and evaluate site opportunities, benchmark site performance, also promote prioritized initiatives.
  • Developing work procedures & continues improvement guidelines for all direct reports and ensure they are followed

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications, experience and attributes:

  1. Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering
  2. Minimum 2 Years experienced and exposure in Mine Operation/Pit Engineer (high quality Fresh Graduate is welcome)
  3. Have experience to handle project at Mining Operational and Project Management skills
  4. This Vancancy intended for female
  5. Strong communication skills in English skills both written and spoken is mandatory
  6. Capable to operate Mining Software preferably Surpac
  7. Well and rounded knowledge of mining operations preferably open pit hard rock mines, familiarity with drilling/blasting and projects works will be an advantage
  8. Having knowledge to analyses data and perform a data-driven solution, confidence to convey idea or innovation in Mining activity.
  9. The individual will demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to work with all levels of the organization, and a strong commitment to working in a safe, socially responsible manner. Intermediate to advance proficiency in Microsoft Office programs is required.
  10. Hold POP Competency will be an advantage.
